| Dear Southern Seasonings,
I find myself cooking your fabulous Ten Bean Soup very early
this morning. My brother, who lives in Kenner, sends me a dozen packages every few
months. I noticed this morning after all this time that I could contact you. First,
I would love if you would send a recipe pamphlet to me. Secondly, I was wondering if
your products are available on the East Coast or possibly by direct mail order. I am
only familiar with the Ten Bean Soup. Could you send me a list of your other
products so I pester my brother into sending me other goodies?
Rhonda, Edison, NJ
My husband loves your Cajun Style Black Bean Soup. I
serve it over a bed of rice with Polish sausage. It's wonderful!!
Thank you,
Sharon, Waynesboro, TN
Hi,
Someone gave me this package of Cajun Style Pinto Beans. I
cooked them as directed. We loved them.
So. Thanks. Will look for more somewhere.

Bootsie's:
I've tried your Cajun Red Beans with chunks of chicken -
EXCELLENT!! I use your Jambalaya Dinner package quite often, we love that one.
Please send my recipe pamphlet a.s.a.p. I'd like to know what
the "spices" are in the Cajun Beans??
Thank you,
Ben, Vista, CA
Loyal fans of your products even to the point that before we could
find them here in Georgia we had friends in Louisiana ship them to us. So it would be
great if you could sort of do the same.
Thank you so much!
Lea, Newman, GA
Dear Sirs:
I bought your product "Louisiana Spice"
when I was in New Orleans last year. My whole family loved it and we used it on almost
everything - beef, pork, chicken, in soups and stews - it's great. The only problem is - I
can't find it in our area. Do you have a list of stores that carry it in the St. Louis
area?
Please write and let me know.
Thank You!
Sherry, Dittmer, MO
Dear Southern Seasonings,
Since making good roux takes time, I have been looking for the
perfect roux in a bottle since moving away from my home state of Louisiana. After
experimenting with several local brands here in Beaumont, I happened upon your roux at
Albertson's Store.
This is by far the best roux. It is just like the one I make from
scratch and just as good as my moms. I no longer make my roux from scratch and no longer
have to try other brands.
I have told numerous people about your product and hope they enjoy
using it as much as me.
Thanks again for selling your product here in Texas.
Shirley, Beaumont, TX
Howdy!
I was in the open market on the edge of the French Quarter a couple
of months ago and purchased an eight-ounce bag of Popcorn Rice Dinner. I made some last
night (I used bay scallops from my area) and it was love a first bite.
I am now lamenting the fact that I did not buy TEN bags. Please send
whatever info I need to make this purchase and thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Sincerely,
Faye, Salem, MA
Dear Southern Seasonings:
Please send me a free recipe pamphlet and information about your
other products.
I sure do love the Cajun red beans.
Since Food Lion Grocery Stores moved into our area, I am getting to
try many new things not available before, including the "Bootsie's South
Louisiana Cooking" products such as the Cajun Red Beans.
Thank you for the information requested.
Karen, Middle River, MI
Hi Folks,
I had my first taste of one of your seasoning products recently and
it was great! It was your "Gumbo Dinner" ready-mix, which I added shrimp, fish,
scallops & mussels to. The back side of your Gumbo Seasoning package offered a list of
other products you offer as well as a recipe list. I would very much like to have both. I
particularly like Cajun Style (spicy) seafood, soups, gumbo and dishes.
Thanks,
Jerry, LaHabarra Heights, CA
I would very much like to have the free recipe pamphlet and
information about other products offered on the back of the Bootsie's red
beans bag.
You also invited us to say Hi. We were transplanted New Orleanians
for four years and, not unexpectedly became very fond of the food there. My family
especially enjoyed the red beans and rice. But when we moved to TN about twenty years ago
I could never seem to make it with the good taste we had there. Recently I found Bootsie's
red beans, cajun style (with the proper seasoning enclosed) here in a Kroger grocery. Now,
my husband says that I have finally learned to make red beans! I am sure that he would be
very appreciative of my attempts with some of your other products.
Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Jean, Franklin, TN |
